Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the cart & checkout pages.
Please review them before completing the checkout process. 
 

• Shipments: Once received and processed, all PayPal and credit/debit card orders are shipped within 1-3 business days,
excluding weekends. However, sometimes further verification is needed regarding shipping or payment details. If such verification is necessary, we will contact you and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please make sure to provide us with valid contact details with your order.

• All orders are shipped using the services of Royal Mail & DHL. 
• We do not ship orders on Sundays.
• An email confirmation of the delivery will be sent out with each order.
A tracking number together with the shipping service company name will be provided for every relevant order in an email.

Free collection option available in St Albans, direct from us or on Fridays Inside Out popup market.

Please bare in mind to collect on Friday try to place your order 2 days in advance.

Returns & Replacements

Goods in unused, resalable condition may be returned for a full refund (not including shipping costs)
or exchanged within 7 business days. At the moment we do not supply return labels.
Seal-broken oils, lotions, gels, or creams cannot be returned. Funds will be credited by original payment method only.

Shipping a Return

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required and must be clearly indicated on the exterior of package/s.
Please contact our sales representatives by email to info@tradeandretail.co.uk and we will issue an RA number.
Packages returned without an RA number cannot be processed and will be refused.
